On a decent weekend, I often walk around Seattle and take pictures; capturing the essence of this city. Most of my images I share into the public domain, while a few items I keep on hand for personal use. I have lived in Seattle for over 20 years, and have seen the city go through several phases of rapid change.

Creatively Capturing Memories

There is a unique combination of fond memories and collected images that inspires me to create paintings of Seattle. I try to capture the essence of a setting and feeling into the picture - in a sense, tell a story. Each item is a part of the collection I call "Say you're from Seattle without saying you're from Seattle."
